Willmott Dixon wins Affinity Sutton repairs contract

Willmott Dixon wins Affinity Sutton repairs contract Willmott Dixon Partnerships has been awarded with a new repairs and maintenance agreement by affordable housing provider Affinity Sutton.

The contractor will work with the property company for five years to start with, servicing over 20,000 homes in London and the south-east.

Affinity Sutton used a wholly owned subsidiary model for its procurement process, in which it awarded Willmott Dixon the £48 million deal.

The agreement could be extended to up to 20 years, making it worth as much as £190 million.

"We are delighted to be joining forces with Affinity Sutton to deliver significant cost savings alongside excellent service," partnerships managing director Mick Williamson stated.

Willmott Dixon has won contracts with Notting Hill Housing Trust, Home Group and Guinness South over the last 12 months and will be creating jobs and work placements through local schools in its work with Affinity Sutton.

A2Dominion is currently seeking home maintenance companies for two contracts worth a total of £400 million in London and the south-east.

Businesses in the service and maintenance industry could benefit from Sage Estimating, cost planning and post contract software, which is programmed to provide an end-to-end solution for maintenance and repair projects.
